Valdemar Kangro-Pool has received art formation: in 1907 1909 in studio Kristjan Raud, then has left for Munich in Anton Azhbe's art school. Then in 1910 – 13 years studied in Paris in « Ecoles des Beaux Arts ». With 1919 for 1921 in Pallas Art School.
The artist's creative heritage is small and quite rare.
